Hello and Blessings to you! My name is Earlene Gilmore-Solomon. I am a Christian Minister, Life Coach, and Mother to many. Some of my other important roles in life include Teacher, Mentor, and Intercessor. I bring to this private practice over 70 years of lived experience, and over 40 years of professional experience as a retired educator, life coach, and minister of the Gospel.

I offer a highly-specialized coaching service designed to awaken and unlock you God-given talents. My life's work has been in helping people to discover greater self-worth, personal value, and uniquely designed spiritual assignments here on Earth. The aim of my work is to introduce you to your highest self- that powerful self-image that we can all access through divine wisdom.

My typical client is someone who struggles with self-esteem. Perhaps they feel that their dreams have been deferred, or that their time for opportunities at success in life has passed them by. They may struggle to find the courage to pursue their wildest dreams and calling, and can't see a way forward.

I work alongside the individual to provide these clients with clarity of vision, a solid plan of execution, and most importantly... accountability. 

While I have experience in serving nearly all populations, my passion lies in being of service to younger women. I enjoy imparting Godly wisdom and encouragement for the journey that is uniquely female. As implied by my ministry, "Woman Awake, LLC", I view it as my role in the lives of women to serve as a clarion call- awakening young women to the powerhouse warrior within. I join my clients in their journey toward carving out their own legacy of greatness in male-dominated spheres.

I also find it pertinent to note that I am an ally and avid supporter of ALL women, including our trans sisters. I teach a Gospel that is not only inclusive of all God's children, but one that values and holds affirming space for people of varied experiences. I am an LGBTQ+ ally, who is passionate about restoring and/ or strengthening the spiritual relationship between the individual and God.
