I was born and raised in Southwest Detroit in a small city called River Rouge, Michigan. Honestly, I can say a lot of things about my life and my path that would make anyone reading this feel sorry for me. However, through trial and error, many ups and downs, trauma, grief and loss, I have been able to take those scars and use them for my passion. The truth is, I am a fighter and I want to help you to find and unleash the fighter in YOU, by finding your path in life and helping you create the life you deserve. Working with the WOUNDED HEALER, together we can map out a road map to and for your success.

I hold a B.A. from Siena Heights University in Community Services in Family Systems as Well as a Masters Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Human Servies with a concentration in Child Protection. I am also a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

We will work together by creating a treatment plan that focuses on key areas, one area at a time. Ultimately, WE will have been able to determine what are the key blocks in your life and remove the obstacles blocking your success. Life Coaching Sessions
My Fees for Life Coaching Services are as follows:
Individual Coaching Session (50-minutes)- $90.00
Couples/ Family Coaching Session (90-minutes)- $125.00
Yes, I do offer sliding scale rates as low as $60 per session for those with demonstrated financial hardship. Just ask.
